After Bloomin’ Brands signed a lease to open their first Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Connecticut, the property manager reached out to Bismark to pre-work the existing space for their new premier tenant. We were first contracted to prep the box, and then contracted with Bloomin’ Brands to build the restaurant. As lease agreements govern, we had to work in a condensed schedule to complete both contracts in five months. Our working kitchen experience was a vital part of the build-out, along with securing high-end finishes in time for the new restaurant to open before the holiday season.
