A-1 Toyota is providing new Toyota car owners with a unique car purchase experience unlike other automobile companies. They asked us to build them a new 16,000 sf showroom incorporating the new Toyota branding.
The selected delivery method we recommended was the Design Build approach. This has become a desirable method, as our team controls all aspects of the process, from design through completion. The benefits include fast-track schedules and saving on high design fees.
We were able to direct the Design team with construction techniques necessary to blend the existing facility with a new pre-engineered building. One of many challenges was to ensure that the sales department could maintain daily operations as construction moved forward. Our team met with the leadership staff to plan the move to and from temporary onsite offices.
Since completion, not only has the client been pleased with the results, but the expansion of A-1 Toyota has been praised by Toyota Corporate as a success.
