The Apple Store experience has specific design requirements to maintain its brand. To secure Apple’s commitment into the retail complex, the developer needed to relocate three support columns to enable a clear span space. Our management knowledge, field expertise and years of experience helped get the project ready for Apple’s agreement. Our team was able to coordinate placement, in off-peak hours, of two 60-ton carrying beams to support the clear span design.
