The New Bassick High School. Our first task during pre-construction was to provide multiple site analysis reviews as multiple sites were options for the City of Bridgeport. Our staff includes architect and civil expertise that is able to offer collaboration with the design team to present the optimum selection for the new school. This staff dimension is an added approach to developing informative conversations at each phase of our pre-construction services. We find this level of shared experience is the unmentioned service we bring to our clients for a successful project. The final selected site at University of Bridgeport campus required a multiple phase approach with the demolition of two 100,000 sf dormitories prior to the start of the 2nd phase, with construction on a functioning university campus. Current cost conditions required close discussions with the design team to offer the final design to meet with the approved budget.

The state of the art 205,000 sf LEED SILVER high school opened in the Fall of 2025.
