Good Shepherd Daycare Center is a 15,000 square foot state of the art daycare center constructed under LEEDs Silver Certification. The architectural highlights were saved during our value engineering phase so as not to jeopardize the design elements. The pre-construction phase required numerous budgets/estimates to value engineer the project to meet the owner’s budget.

The LEEDs experience we have acquired with this and other LEEDs Projects has become a major portion of our in house services to satisfy the new design elements with future projects. This provides an understanding for an energy efficient and environmentally friendly design and construction practice.
