Our Magnet Aquaculture magnet High School in Bridgeport, entailed a new state of the art 30,000 sf addition to an existing facility. The existing 35,000 sf facility requires maintaining operational services throughout the project without interruption. The mechanical components of the new building tie directly into the current school as a complete HVAC upgrade project. We were able to build on our experience in coordinating infrastructure upgrades while keeping the facility operational throughout the heating and cooling seasons.

The new facility required added attention to our services as the fishery portion of the project included specialty one source growth labs to meet with the program needs. Our vision and efforts were evident when we witnessed the hatching of 1-inch lobsters to be brought to a manageable size to be released into long island sound, with a “team procurement first” a new work boat bid package used to drop off our new lobsters. Just another rewarding project and personal effort we bring to our clients.
