One of our premier projects was the renovation of 240,000 sf of existing space phased throughout the school year, with the management of swing space to create areas for construction. The four-year schedule also included construction of a new 10,000 sf café addition and interior renovations of the existing café facility. After gaining approval from the state of Connecticut, the city of Stamford negotiated with Bismark to complete the new work.
