When Yale-New Haven Hospital hired us to provide a livingwell Fitness Center for their employees, we had to occupy a vacant space within the nearby Air Rights parking garage. This required our Pre-Construction team to coordinate access, utility services and traffic flow with the New Haven Parking Authority. We were able to manage the tenant’s needs with building operation owners to keep the flow uninterrupted while the project was under construction.
